Ben Stack is an independent asset valuer and advisor with more than 20 years of experience across the automotive and specialist asset markets.

Over the course of his career, Ben has worked with some of the world’s most respected automotive brands including Porsche, McLaren Automotive and Dutton Garage. During his time at Dutton Garage — one of Australia’s leading dealers of collector and investment-grade vehicles — he further refined his expertise working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced specialists in the appraisal, acquisition and international retailing of rare and highly sought-after vehicles.

Through this experience Ben developed a deep understanding of asset provenance, collector markets and the global trading of limited-production vehicles and specialist assets. His work has involved advising prominent collectors, investors and industry figures on the acquisition, valuation and strategic management of significant assets across international markets.

Today Ben provides independent valuation services across a broad range of asset classes including automotive, aviation, marine vessels, motorcycles, farm machinery and commercial plant and equipment.

Ben regularly prepares independent valuation reports for legal professionals, insurance providers, SMSF auditors and private clients across Australia. These reports are commonly relied upon in matters including family law proceedings, estate and probate settlements, partnership disputes, insurance assessments and SMSF asset compliance.
